As you know, an exciting change is in our future! Earlier this year, Xerox announced it would separate into two independent companies, forging a new path forward. Conduent, a new business process services company, will launch in early 2017 following its separation from Xerox.
We got a glimpse into our future recently when the brand expression of Conduent was announced. For the details, please see this blog post from Xerox CMO (future Conduent CMO) John Kennedy. He puts it well when he explains, “Powerful brand expressions are actually vessels for story-telling. The name of the company – Conduent – and the new brand expression work together to describe who this company is and how it creates value. It becomes one of the tools available to educate the world on what this company is all about.”
Conduent is changing the way businesses and governments interact with people — creating client value by modernizing and improving the constituent experience. Making a difference in the lives of those we touch.
Kennedy gives excellent insight into the thought process behind the logo design, including the importance of conveying “trust” and “agility” – both terms that should resonate strongly with our long-term government clients.
The logo consists of three parallelograms, representing:
- Our company
- Our clients
- Our clients’ constituents
There’s a lot more insight into the process in Kennedy’s blog post, so check it out. While our company name and brand will be new in January, our strong commitment to customer and citizen satisfaction will remain unchanged.
